The temple is divided by the Hindu temple is in the northern section and the Wektu Telu is in the southern section. It’s quite an amazing complex to walk around, You will find the northern section is on an elevated level than the southern section in a different manner. The Wektu Telu temple is noted for its small inclosed pond devoted to Vishnu.

We must wear sash or sarong to enter the temple. If you don't have sash, there will be vendors outside happy to rent you appropriate clothing. Pura Lingsar also has a famous pool of water in the Wektu Telu area, sacred to the deity Vishnu. This pool is home to a family of holy eels, who can be lured out of their hiding spots with hard-boiled eggs. You can purchase eggs from stalls outside the temple to feed the eels yourself. Hmm... it will be very interesting.

Pura Lingsar Temple also has a festival. This is a big festival and the named is Perang Topat who held in mid December every year. The Hindu and Wektu Telu communities put on an elaborate costumed parade and then square off for a wild mock battle in which the weapon of choice is ketupat and bombard each others; balls of sticky rice wrapped in coconut leaves.
